Reserve online, pick up in person or ship to your FFL

Not to your door: federal law requires every transfer to go through a licensed dealer. We ship to your local FFL anywhere in the US (overnight, adult signature) and your dealer completes the paperwork, or you pick up at our licensed premises in Cape Coral by appointment.

You must be 21 or older for any firearm from a dealer. In-person handgun pickups are for Florida residents; buyers in other states have handguns shipped to their local FFL. You must be legally eligible under federal and your state's law; the dealer completing the transfer confirms that with the background check.

Our wholesale distributor shows it in stock right now. When you pay, we order it the same day and it ships to us, not to you, usually in two to four business days. We check live stock the moment you reserve so you are not charged for something that just sold out.

You complete ATF Form 4473 with us and we run the FDLE background check (the state fee is passed through at cost). Bring a Florida driver licence or ID card showing your current address; if you hold a concealed weapon licence bring that too.

Florida requires three days between purchase and delivery, not counting weekends and state holidays, or until the background check clears, whichever is later. Concealed weapon licence holders are exempt from the wait but not the check. Your status page shows your earliest pickup date.

A denial means a full refund to your card. A delay simply pushes pickup until the state responds; we keep the firearm for you.

Yes, any time before the firearm is logged into our book, for a full refund. After that, call us and we will work it out; special orders and NFA items may carry a restocking fee.

The price you pay is the price you see at checkout; we never sell below the maker's minimum advertised price and never above their suggested retail. Sales tax is Florida's rate for pickup in Lee County.
